"Food and view 10/10. Highly recommend! Plenty of places to sit inside and out, variety of food choices for everyone. Fairly busy, recommend early morning or weekday."

"We arrived around brunch time on Sunday. The place was packed!. There were no free tables and we were asked to wait around 10 minutes. Our table was ready after 10 minutes. Lovely ladies were communicating well with all incoming customers, managing wait time expectations. Once we were seated, our waitress arrived promptly and took our order. Our friend did mention that we might have to wait for the food but wait time was minimal, despite how busy the place was. . Food itself was delicious. We order the okonomiyaki, Turkish eggs and breaky roll. They were fresh, seasoned and cooked perfectly. I would have liked to have a bit more bread for the eggs as they were very saucy, but that’s clutching at straws. Coffees were also great. Every person in the cafe was lovely, we had a great experience and will definitely be back again."

"We love reading and leaving reviews so we don’t miss out on great spots. We came here for a quick bite and really enjoyed the location. We were lucky to find a parking spot straight away, and the setting is fantastic — right by the water with a beautiful ocean view. The service was great and very friendly. We ordered the lamb salad to share along with some fries. A bit disappointed. The presentation was a little different from what we expected, with a few lamb balls and a small Greek-style salad, view photo. The portion felt a bit small for the high price, and there wasn’t much sauce. Like $25? … The coffee was brilliant. The mango juice was a bit unusual — not like a smoothie, more like yoghurt on ice. I probably wouldn’t order it again. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back."

"This cafe offers a delightful experience from start to finish. The service is impressively quick, with staff who are friendly and attentive. The coffee is rich, aromatic, and brewed to perfection, making it a highlight of the visit. Their banana bread is simply outstanding—moist, flavorful, and freshly made. The Turkish breakfast was also delicious, featuring a nice selection of items, though the bread portion was a little on the small side. Overall, it’s a warm and welcoming spot that’s perfect for a quick coffee break or a leisurely meal."

"Popular cafe at Parkdale located right on the beach. Can get very busy and noisy - if sitting inside that is, as it’s not too spacious. Been here numerous times. Great service, caring and friendly staff. You get a nice view of the beach too. Coffee is decent and the food isn’t too bad. Prices are ok. It’s a dog friendly cafe and parking can be found on the street."

"You can park, there aren’t any dales (what is a dale anyway?), there’s a beach — and by some miracle of geography and caffeine, there’s a nice café sitting on it. The Parkdale Beach Café (or P to the B to the C, as the locals call it when they’re feeling lyrical; okay they don’t, I just made that up) is the kind of place where the view does half the cooking and the staff handle the rest with a smile. The house juice (watermelon base) is fresh enough to make you feel briefly virtuous before the bacon and eggs arrive to correct the balance of the universe. The breakfast menu (avails til 2pm) outshines lunch — not because lunch is bad, but because mornings here feel like they’ve been choreographed by the weather itself. Specials are, well, special — simple food done properly, with the soundtrack of waves and the occasional clink of cutlery from someone who’s achieved brunch enlightenment. It’s my local, even though I technically live in another dimension — one where cafés don’t usually manage to feel this calm, this genuine, or this close to perfect."
